From The Kitchen: April Menu

Our new April menu is out:

Vegetarian:

  • Tofu With Mushrooms And Peas Over Egg Noodles
  • Blackberry Mustard Glazed Tempeh
  • Tofurkey Kielbasa & Green Laird Lentils Over Rice
  • Palak Moong Dal (Mung Beans with Spinach)

Chicken:

  • Herb Chicken with Egg Noodles
  • Turkey Kielbasa With Lentils
  • Palak Gosht (Chicken with Spinach)
  • Pistachio Chicken

Beef:

  • Vaquero Beef Stew

Pork:

  • Blackberry Mustard Glazed Ham
  • Pork Shoulder Ragout

Seafood:

  • Chef of the Month: Tonno il glutine libera (Gluten Free Ahi Tuna Pizza)
    (Our Chef of the Month is Tony Hessel from Brasserie 1010 - stay tuned for a full introduction next week.)

Place your order by midnight on Tuesday for pick-up or delivery on Thursday or stop by our kitchen (M-F 10-6:30, Sat 10-2) to shop for your favorites from our freezer (we usually have some favorites in our freezer that aren’t on the menu).
