In The Spotlight: Compostable Boxes

We are super excited to get our first round of completely compostable boxes. It's the next step to a "zero waste" business. We have been waiting for these boxes for over 2 years!

You will start to see the first round of boxes in the next two weeks. Full implementation to compostable boxes may take a couple months, depending on the availability by the supplier of the boxes. If you don't compost at home, please feel free to bring them back to our kitchen. We are happy to compost them for you.

Vegetarian:

Chicken:

  • Jerk Chicken With Mango Salsa
  • Green Olive & Almond Penne With Chicken
  • Tamari Basil Chicken
  • Chicken Coconut Green Curry

Beef:

  • Buffalo Cheese Burger With French Fries
  • Barbecued Beef Short Ribs

Pork:

  • Red Wine and Sausage Pasta
  • Pepperoni Pizza

Seafood:

  • Chef of the Month: Roasted Salmon with Anchovy Olive Tapenade
    (Our Chef of the Month is Elana Amsterdam (www.elanaspantry.com) - stay tuned for a full introduction next week.)

Place your order by midnight on Tuesday for pick-up or delivery on Thursday or stop by our kitchen (M-F 10-6:30, Sat 10-2) to shop for your favorites from our freezer (we usually have some favorites in our freezer that aren’t on the menu).

Job Opening
After over two years with us, our wonderful kitchen assistant Kami is leaving for greener mountain pastures. We wish you the best.

Gulf Aid In June we donated 1% of our sales to Gulf Aid to help clean up the oilspill.

Look for more community oriented donations in the future.
