"Mo and I loved the Berebere Pork last night. I was so uninspired to cook and stopping by your little haven of creativity help me get motivated for our dinner. I placed a can of garbanzo’s in the rice cooker with the red quinoa. After it was cooked I added lots of fresh parsley. I sauteed the green beans in a bit of butter and added slivered almonds. I had a few diced sweet potatoes (about 1 cup) and added it to the pork loin just before putting it in the oven. All together the flavors and textures were so great! I know I could have easily enjoyed your meal as it was, but it was so much fun to add my own little touches!"

I stopped [by] yesterday (finally) to see what was what at The Organic Dish and walked out with 4 meals for 2-3 people – I got the salmon with corn salsa, peach-tomato pork chops, [Boulder] polenta with puttanesca [sauce] that I has last night which was delicious and a crock pot dinner that is citrus chicken plus two sides, sugar snap peas and asparagus! Can’t wait to have the other meals! There are 3 servings in each box, so I got 12 meals for $117 – I didn’t think that was too bad! Can’t beat the convenience!"

"Thanks so much for our lovely dinner Saturday night. As a chef myself I really enjoyed the meal kit. I used my Rival Rice cooker for the quinoa which was perfect. I added some garlic to our kale. I ended up searing the pork tenderloin in my cast iron skillet to give it some nice brown color then finished it in the oven. After it’s time in the oven I placed it in the warm plum coulis to let it "rest". These little liberties made me feel more a part of the process and the end results were brilliant!"

"Just wanted to say thanks for the delicious meals. We haven’t eaten the quiche yet but the Ragout, meatballs/spaghetti, and the herbed chicken and potatoes were all excellent. And I mean really, really excellent. Agnes’ top pick was the chicken and I think the ragout was mine.

Also, since we both enjoy cooking together, I was a little suspicious about the ‘convenience’ factor. But there honestly are those nights when it is nice to have a meal in the freezer. More so when the meal is so tasty. Hopefully we can make it down for one of the sessions before too long and put another half dozen meals in the freezer.

I’d like to be able to offer a suggestion but nothing comes to mind…I’m thoroughly impressed."
