Freezer Inventory – Week of May 12th
Based on a request, I will be posting every Tuesday which meals we still have in our freezer that are not on the current menu. Sometimes, it will be a leftover from the previous month and sometimes we will make a meal that is not currently on the menu just because we have the ingredients and it was popular.
So – this weeks freezer inventory!
- Corned Beef
- Citrus Chicken Tagine – 1 left
- Fricase de Pollo – 2 left
- Berbere Pork
- Potato Squash Sweet Pea Curry
- Potato Squash Sweet Pea Curry with Chicken
- Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms
- Coconut Red Lentils – almost always have this in stock
- Tomatillo Chicken Chili Verde
- Beef and Beer Stew
- Blackberry Ham

Hi Beckie,
I’m trying a new approach since there’s not enough room in the comments field to leave requests for freezer inventory. From the freezer, we’d like to order one order of the beef and beer stew (it was delicious and I’m really picky about beef stew as it’s often too heavy for me), and one order of the Chicken Orange Tangine. Thanks, I’ll do the rest of the order through the automated system, and maybe when you send a receipt you can include these items too. Or if there’s an easier way to do the whole thing like send an email order for everything, let me know what’s easiest for you. Thanks! Lynn

Hi Lynn,
Sorry – we are out of the Citrus Chicken Tagine. We still have everything else left from last weeks inventory if there is something else you’d like instead. You can either comment on the blog or email me – I’ll get it either way. We’re hoping to have the comment field fixed soon.
I started reading your book last night – “What Are You Hungry For” http://www.whatareyouhungryfor.net/. I’m just digesting the part about how we women are supposed to stay young and pretty and thin forever. We can’t get a break or give ourselves a break, right?
