Freezer Inventory Week of June 8th

Based on a request, I will be posting every Sunday which meals we still have in our freezer that are not on the current menu.  Sometimes, it will be a leftover from the previous month and sometimes we will make a meal that is not currently on the menu just because we have the ingredients and it was popular.

So – this weeks freezer inventory!

  • Coconut Red Lentils – nearly always have on stock even if not on the menu.
  • Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms – 2 left
  • Beef and Beer Stew – 2 left
  • Potato Latkas – 1 left
  • Rosemary Lamb Chops
  • Turkey Kefta
  • Chickpea Patties with Tabouli
  • Peanut Tofu
  • Vegetable Barley Soup
  • Chicken Barley Soup – 1 left
  • Peanut Chicken
  • Orange Chicken – 2 left
  • Chicken with Mushroom Gravy
  • Fennel Pork
