Watch Us Take it – 10K!
Hello friends,
The Organic Dish will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday, June 10th). We made it to the finals and will be competing in the 8th Annual Bard Center Business Plan Competition. What’s up for grabs? – $10,000 for first prize and ~80,000 in consulting donations for all 6 finalists.
It will be held at the Grand Hyatt Downtown Denver (1750 Welton Street), starts at 830am, ends at 12pm. The presentations are free to watch, but $60 for tickets for lunch and to see winner announcements. We are presenting at 11am.
What will we do with all that money $$$. Many of you know we need a new display freezer. 10,000 bucks will cover it very nicely!

Congrats on getting second place, but I wish you won! I’d be interested in hearing what your prize was.
By the way, the only reason I checked on this is that I came by and saw you were closed. I thought, “they better have a good reason!” Congrats again!

Hi Claire – thanks! We were a little bummed that we didn’t take 1rst, but super excited about 2nd! We won $5,000 (to go towards a new display freezer ’cause ours broke a couple weeks ago and is not fixable). We also find out later what kind of consulting “in-kind” services we also won.
Bummer – you never stop by in the daytime! We ended up opening around 3pm. Thanks for your support!
