Cincinnati Tofu Chili

A ridiculously good vegetarian version of the famously unique Cincinnati chili - we use crumbled organic tofu, traditionally spiced with cinnamon PLUS garam masala for a surprisingly delicious twist, all served over spaghetti (of course!) a topped with organic cheddar. Perfect for car camping!

While you boil a pot of water for spaghetti, the crumbled tofu and sauce simmer in a large pan. Dinner is ready in just about 20 minutes. Two pot meal.

This is our most popular dish and stays on the menu year-round! Red lentils are cooked in coconut milk, spinach, veggie broth and a variety of spices, and served over brown Basmati rice. Simple and delicious!

Mushroom Cacciatore

This is another wonderful traditional Italian recipe. A medley of crimini and button mushrooms simmered in tomato sauce, red wine, and basil and served over a bed of spaghetti, then topped with imported Parmesan cheese.

Saute the mushroom sauce while you boil the spaghetti – a succulent dinner will be ready in about 15 minutes.

Chioggia Beet Borscht

Chioggia beets are sweeter and prettier than any other beet, and our version is smooth, simple and delicious. Beets slow cooked with cabbage, onions, carrots, potatoes, and a hint of dill then pureed into a thick soup. Sour cream served on the side for you to dollop on the top or mix in. Ask about our vegan option on the sour cream, too! Buy our loaf of French batard bread for dipping (not included - you can purchase under side items).

Chicken Cacciatore

This is a wonderful traditional Italian recipe. Succulent boneless skinless organic chicken thighs are slow cooked in tomato sauce, red wine, a mix of mushrooms and basil, all served over a bed of spaghetti and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Put the chicken thighs and vegetables in the crock-pot in the morning, and at dinner time you’ll come home to a wonderful smelling kitchen – and you’ll just boil the spaghetti (or add them to the crock-pot) and dinner will be ready in a few minutes. 2 pans.

The PotBellied Chef's Chicken Pontchartrain

The latest offering from the PotBellied Chef - chicken breast fillets seasoned with his own spice mix, seared and then braised in a deliciously flavorful Dijon and wine sauce. The red onions, parsley and capers round the sauce. Served with wild rice medley, and seasoned chopped spinach! Spicy autumn flavors to wake up those taste buds!
