Regardless of whether you already love tofu or have never tried it, this vegetarian variation of our popular meatball spaghetti dish is a winner. Crockpot Chicken Tarragon

We usually try to stay away from creamy and buttery dishes, but this recipe "called" to us! Tender chicken thighs and Hazel Dell button mushrooms are marinated in a touch of butter, cream, white wine, and broth and spiced with tarragon. Served with wild blend rice and agave and orange glazed carrots.

Put everything in a crock-pot in the morning or simmer in a stock pot on the stove top for about 40 minutes. 2 pans.
