This is our most popular dish and stays on the menu year-round! Red lentils are cooked in coconut milk, spinach, veggie broth and a variety of spices, and served over brown Basmati rice. Simple and delicious!

Cincinnati Tofu Chili

Cincinnati is famous for it’s cinnamon-laced chili over noodles with spices and cheese. Think chili on top of spaghetti – filling, warm & fun. For this twist we left out the beef, added tofu and a bit of Indian spices. Cheese served on the side.

While you boil a pot of water for spaghetti, the crumbled tofu and sauce simmer in a large pan. Dinner is ready in just about 20 minutes. Two pot meal.
