This is a vegetarian version of a delicious recipe passed along by our customer Audrey. A tasty tomatillo green chile stew with Hatch mild green chiles, corn, beans, cilantro, and a variety of spices. Served with tortilla chips and cheddar cheese. Crumble them both over the top of this hearty Chili.

Chicken Cacciatore

This is a wonderful traditional Italian recipe. Succulent boneless skinless organic chicken thighs are slow cooked in tomato sauce, red wine, a mix of mushrooms and basil, all served over a bed of spaghetti and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Put the chicken thighs and vegetables in the crock-pot in the morning, and at dinner time you’ll come home to a wonderful smelling kitchen – and you’ll just boil the spaghetti (or add them to the crock-pot) and dinner will be ready in a few minutes. 2 pans.

This tasty tomatillo green chile stew with Hatch mild green chiles, corn, beans, cilantro, chicken thighs, and a variety of spices makes a great crockpot meal. Served with tortilla chips and cheddar cheese. Crumble them both over the top of this hearty Chili.

A Cuban classic that literally translates to "old clothes" - Colorado grass-finished flank steak slowly simmered with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and green olives until the steak falls apart like...old clothes (what else!).
