Our newest creation - delicious pork chops from John Long Farms baked in our own Meauxmalade Kumquat Marmalade (made by hand from my parents' New Orleans trees), tamari and rice wine vinegar marinade, creating a tasty and tangy glaze! Served with thinly sliced oven baked rounds of swet potatoes and broccoli with a touch of garlic - you'll all be fighting to get the last of the glaze in the dish!

A creation of the PotBellied Chef, using his own bold Creole seasoning mix to bring a bit of New Orleans to a classic favorite - and it's gluten free! This version has slices of Niman Ranch andouille sausage and crumbed hot Italian sausage from Long Family Farm, combined with four cheeses, including Gruyere.

As good as the vegetarian version, but with sliced links of a spicy chorizo! And you still might need to go to Little Havana for something as good - slow-cooked black beans simmered in our own sofrito (a combination of red and green bell peppers, onions and garlic), plus slices of chorizo, finished with a sweet/sour sauce of white wine vinegar and agave. Top this with a sprinkle of Cotija cheese, and you've got yummy goodness. 1 pan - how simple is that!
