Chef of the Month

Local guest/celebrity chefs frequently contribute one recipe to our menu. Our Chef of the Month for February is Kimberly Mayone who is a recipe developer and freelance food writer who lives in Maine. She is the co-author of The Everyday Low Carb Slow Cooker Cookbook.

Kimberly is also a regular contributor to Hannaford fresh Magazine and in addition her recipes have been featured in Health magazine. Kimberly is one of the editors at Flavorista, a food blog all about proven recipes, grocery finds and delicious eateries. Be sure to check out her Middle Eastern Chicken Stew on this months menu!

Diced sweet potatos and broccoli simmered in a mild Vadouvan Curry (blended by the Savory Spice Shop in Boulder) and coconut sauce. Served over udon noodles and topped with roasted peanuts. Sriracha sauce served on the side so you can heat it up if you like.
