December Menu

This is our December menu – you missed it, but we may still have some items in our freezer, so stop by our kitchen before they’re all gone.

Going Local

In order to offer the freshest, best tasting and most humanely raised meat, we buy our beef and pork from small, local, hormone and antibiotic free (but not certified organic) producers. Read more about where our food comes from …

Chef of the Month

Local guest/celebrity chefs frequently contribute one recipe to our menu. Our Chef of the Month for December is Chef Elizabeth Perreault from The Little Fig Baking Company.

Currently co-owner of The Little Fig Baking Company (www.littlefigbaking.com), Elizabeth Perreault has been in the food industry for over 20 years – she’s done everything from bus tables to cooking in a two-star restaurant in France to teaching culinary and pastry arts for home cooks and at a professional level. While baking is her current focus, the savory side of food is near to her heart.

Wine recommendation Wine recommendations are provided by Colleen Arnold of Organic Vintners. (You can learn more about Colleen’s wine background and Organic Vintners on our community partners page). In Boulder the recommended wines are available at Ace Liquors next to Whole Foods and Barnes & Noble and at Liquormart at the corner of 15th St. and Canyon Blvd.
