A ridiculously good vegetarian version of the famously unique Cincinnati chili - we use crumbled organic tofu, traditionally spiced with cinnamon PLUS garam masala for a surprisingly delicious twist, all served over spaghetti (of course!) a topped with organic cheddar. Perfect for car camping!
