A twist on a Spanish classic, perfect for these hot, hot months - chilled soup! Our version includes cucumbers, green grapes, lime juice, mint, with a tiny bit of spice. Toast up the Udi's baguette and serve it with fresh squeezed lemonade or maybe a white sangria or vihno verde!

Nacho Green Chili Chicken

Everybody-loves-it meal and it becomes yours to make in a flash! A delicious blend of chicken breasts, tomatoes, green chiles and some special seasoning, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, and baked on a bed of corn...simple, fun and easy!

Bake the chicken breasts in a baking dish or cast iron skillet for about 30 minutes, serve with the accompanying tortilla chips, and enjoy! 1 pot.

A classic green chili stew(made with diced pork shoulder, simmered with Hatch green chiles and tomatoes, and spice accented by guajillo chiles, cumin, fresh oregano and fresh thyme. Serve it topped by grated Cheddar cheese and warm organic corn tortillas for dipping. Mild but profound flavors!
