An Italian classic with an accent on simple and satisfying. Our version features crushed tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers and a nice dab of garlic, slowly simmered with oregano, thyme and basil and a dash of red pepper flakes to spice it up.

A Cuban classic that literally translates to "old clothes" - Colorado grass-finished flank steak slowly simmered with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and green olives until the steak falls apart like...old clothes (what else!).
