A twist on a Spanish classic, perfect for these hot, hot months - chilled soup! Our version includes cucumbers, green grapes, lime juice, mint, with a tiny bit of spice. Toast up the Udi's baguette and serve it with fresh squeezed lemonade or maybe a white sangria or vihno verde!
