This potentially fiery dish is named after a nomadic tribe in Northern Africa. Cubed tofu gets covered in a fragrant and tangy lemon-garlic-ginger paste and an aromatic spice rub. Served with couscous and green beans.

This is a wonderful traditional Italian recipe. Succulent boneless skinless organic chicken thighs are slow cooked in tomato sauce, red wine, mushrooms from Hazel Dell in Ft. Collins, and basil and served over a bed of spaghetti and topped with Parmesan cheese.
